Flex Time Policy
We recognize that employees in our diverse workforce may, at times, have needs that require creative approaches to balancing their work and personal life demands. At Entrust we have created, and formally documented, a Flex-Time Policy which allows our team members the freedom to manage their workday accordingly, and have the flexibility to adjust their time to fit their schedule.
We know how precious vacation time is, and thats why we have implemented a generous vacation policy. We increase your annual discretionary vacation time to three weeks upon achieving your designation (or reaching other milestones). This increases to four weeks on your tenth anniversary.
Additional Time Off
In addition to your discretionary vacation time, Entrust rewards its team members with four day work weeks in the summer (July and August) and paid time off between Christmas and New Years. This equals approximately two more weeks of paid vacation during the year!
Entrust was founded with work/life balance in mind, and we have always maintained a team large enough to ensure overtime is kept to a minimum. In the three years from 2004 – 2006, the highest average monthly overtime for our team members was 11.4 hours (April 2005). Imagine - less than three hours per week of overtime during the peak tax season! If a team member does work overtime, these hours can be banked for additional time off, or be paid for the extra time.
We believe in fostering a social work environment, and have a Social Committee that plans several team activities during the year such as our annual golf tournament, skiing, curling, bowling and the regular adventure lunches.
